Controller reset

The 'Controller reset' will delete all saved

programs from the unit.

Highlight 'Controller reset' then press

"Enter"

To delete all the programs, press "Enter"

RUNNING THE TC-3000 & TC-3000X FROM A PC

The thermal cyclers can be run from a PC using Bibby Scientific Ltd's Gensoft software. This is available

to download from the Techne web-site at www.techne.com. Instructions for using Gensoft are included

in a separate manual.

Connecting one unit to the computer using an RS 232 cable

If you are driving one TC-3000 unit you will need part number FGEN232 which includes a 9-pin female

to female, null modem, RS232, fully screened cable, Gensoft on disk and an instruction sheet. To connect

a single TC-3000X unit, connect the unit to the PC using the USB cable, part number 6205046.
